Mornings have always been hard for me. I am a night owl in every possible way, and mornings are one of the worst things in the whole wide world. I would love to be able to wake up every morning, refreshed and excited to start my day. I would love to do yoga and have a nice, little morning routine that I follow religiously, but no matter how hard I try that never, ever happens. I wake up every morning groggy and disoriented, regardless of how much sleep I got the previous night, and lately the snooze button has been my best friend. But I've noticed that there is one thing that can get me going in the morning. You guessed it. A playlist.
